You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract data from FixieScanner's diagnostic databases. Automated scraping of API endpoints is prohibited. One account per person; sharing credentials is not allowed.
One-time purchases (Core, Pro, brand packs) are non-expiring licenses tied to your account. Subscription plans (Indie, Shop) can be cancelled at any time; access continues through the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
